Requirements

Drive-Journal requires

• Android OS 2.1, or later
• An Android device with a screen size larger than 3 inches, such Nexus One, HTC Desire, Samsung Galaxy and similar

The Android permissions required are

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – To launch the background service, which runs once an hour handling notifications and clean-ups.
• WAKE_LOCK – To keep the background service alive when it’s executing
• VIBRATE – To shake the device in case of invalid input

For best user experience, we recommend

• A valid email account on the device for sending out reports (manually)
